TERMS & CONDITIONS
ANY PARTICIPATION IN THIS SERVICE WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT.
PAYMENT
All payments are due upon receipt. Final, print-ready files will be released to the client once payment is received. For projects over $1000, a 50% deposit will be required before beginning the project.
TURN AROUND & CANCELLATION
Work will commence once client provides all necessary assets, and if applicable, deposit payment. After realtor branded template is signed off on, turn around for initial proof is 24-36 hours (for listing materials). If same day service is requested, a rush fee of 25% will be applied. If the client cancels a project before work has commenced or the client does not send payment, the project can be canceled. Once the project has begun, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Otherwise, full payment is due upon completion of the project in order to release final files to the client.
REVISIONS
A standard 3 rounds of revisions are allowed per project and included in the flat-rate fee. If the client requires additional rounds of revisions, they will be billed at the editorial rate of $150/hour, with one full hour charge as minimum.
OTHER BILLABLE EXPENSES
Any materials that need to be purchased, such as stock photography or printed materials, will be billed as additional expenses. No purchases will be made without the client’s approval.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER PARTY OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY PART OF THIS AGREEMENT SUCH AS, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF REVENUE OR ANTICIPATED PROFIT OR LOST BUSINESS, COSTS OF DELAY OR FAILURE OF DELIVERY.
RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP
In order to maintain the integrity of the work created, Beck + Brown Studio reserves the rights and ownership of all work created for the client, and is not obligated to share source files or materials. Print-ready pdfs will be created and delivered to the client, and any request for source files or materials will require a separate negotiation and payment.
